We're happy to ship ErrorMelon products around the world. However, due to shipping regulations, carrier restrictions, and local policies, we currently ship to the following countries and regions:

Can I change the shipping address for my order?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible so your gear can start its journey without delay.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@errormelon.com and provide your order number along with the correct address.
Address changes can only be made before an order has been processed and shipped, so please reach out as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We work hard to process and ship orders quickly.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@errormelon.com.
We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but because orders move through our system rapidly, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize if you've received an incorrect item.
Please contact our Customer Care team at support@errormelon.com and include:
• Your order number
• The item you originally ordered
• A photo of the item received
• The code shown on the item's tag (if available)
We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
An item is missing from my order.

• The name of the missing item

How do I make a return?
Before returning any items, please review and follow the instructions provided on our Returns Policy page.
We strongly recommend keeping a copy of your return tracking number or shipping receipt until your return has been successfully processed.
This will make it easier to locate and track your package if needed.
