Intellectual Property Rights
🔒 Intellectual Property & Anti-Copy-Paste Logic
1. Intellectual Property Ownership (Who Owns the Pixels?)
Unless otherwise noted, all text, source content, digital artifacts, logos, trademarks, service marks, brand identities, cute characters, custom graphics, designs, trade dress, or the overall visual compilation, "look and feel," illustrations, artwork, and software running on this Platform (collectively referred to as the "Content") are the exclusive property of www.errormelon.com or used with explicit permission/license from a third party (the "Owner").
These are fully encrypted and protected under global copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property law expansions. Do not attempt to Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V our hard work into your own server.
2. Limited Use; Restrictions on Use (Don't Clone Our Base)
You are granted a license to use our Content and products for strictly lawful purposes as outlined in these Terms. Any other use—or misuse—of our hard-earned Content is strictly prohibited by our system firewall.
ErrorMelon grants you a non-exclusive, limited, personal, non-transferable, and highly revocable license to access and view the Content (without any right to sublicense). Under this protocol, you shall NOT, without ErrorMelon’s express written consent:
-
(a) Copy, retransmit, modify, disseminate, or re-post our visual assets to other digital coordinates.
-
(b) Inject any trade name, trademark, or brand name of ErrorMelon into your metatags, keywords, or hidden alt-text for sketchy SEO gains.
-
(c) Create derivative works, farm our graphics, or commercially exploit our Content, in whole or in part.
-
(d) Use our Platform or Content in a way that gives a false, misleading, or glitchy impression regarding ErrorMelon, the Owner, or any third party.
ErrorMelon reserves all other rights not explicitly mentioned here. You are strictly forbidden from altering, removing, or blurring any copyright notices, digital watermarks, or proprietary legends embedded in our pieces.
⚠️ System Alert: ErrorMelon reserves the absolute right to revoke any of your access privileges, ban your account, or completely block your IP Address at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms.
3. If Someone Erred: Infringement Notice Protocol 🚨

-
Good Faith Statement: A formal statement that you have a good faith belief that the material at the submitted URL is unauthorized by the rights owner.
-
The Anti-Perjury Protocol: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is 100% complete and accurate, and that you are legally weaponized and authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
