📦 Shipping & Logistical Logic
The Processing Phase
Please note that during peak seasons or major promotional events (when our servers are absolutely melting!), processing times might fluctuate. These dates represent our "best-case scenario" averages. Some items might need a little extra render time to be perfectly baked. Don't panic, though—order ASAP, and our team will patch it through to your doorstep on time.
The "Unexpected Glitches" (Exceptions)
Our estimated arrival algorithm is pretty smart, but it can’t predict every real-world bug. The ETA does not account for:
-
Weather Bosses: Mother Nature sometimes experiences severe server lag.
-
Carrier Hiccups: Random routing errors or vendor service disruptions.
-
Military Bases: APO/FPO orders traveling through the complex MPSA network.
The "Wrong Address" Bug
If the shipping carrier flags your delivery details as "insufficient" or incorrect, the package will bounce right back to the ErrorMelon lab. This will definitely cause a major delay in your delivery cycle. To avoid this critical system error, please double-check your coordinates before hitting "Confirm"!
Lost in the Data Stream?
If your tracking info shows that your shipment was completely lost in transit, contact ErrorMelon immediately at support@errormelon.com (please open a ticket within 30 days of the shipping date).
We’ll happily "respawn" your order by deploying a fresh replacement or issue a full refund back to your wallet. We’ve got your back!

We cannot accept responsibility for packages not received due the wrong shipping address being entered for the order.

-
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date. Return packages must be dropped off with the return shipping carrier within 7 days after a return label has been provided, otherwise the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

Maintenance Script: 100% Cotton Care
ERRORMELON Care Guide
Keep It Functional. Avoid Critical Errors.
Our T-shirts are crafted from 100% premium cotton—which means they're soft, durable, and engineered to survive countless adventures across the internet and beyond.
A little care goes a long way. Follow this maintenance protocol to keep your graphics rendering perfectly for years to come.
1. Activate Print Protection 🔄
Always wash your apparel inside out.
Think of it as enabling a protective firewall for your graphics. This simple step reduces friction, protects the print surface, and keeps colors looking sharp.
2. Run the Recommended Wash Cycle 🧼
Machine washing is fully supported.
However, excessive heat may trigger an unexpected system update (also known as shrinkage).
Recommended Settings:
• Cold or cool water
• Gentle cycle
• Mild detergent
Cold water helps preserve color accuracy and keeps your tee operating at peak performance.
3. Dry Responsibly 🌤️
Heat is not your friend.
Safe Mode:
Use a low-heat dryer setting and remove garments while slightly damp.
Preferred Method:
Air dry whenever possible.
Hang your tee or lay it flat to dry. This minimizes shrinkage, reduces wrinkles, and helps maintain long-term fabric integrity.
4. Avoid Thermal Damage 🌡️
Hot water may cause colors to fade and cotton fibers to wear out faster.
For maximum lifespan, keep temperatures cool and stable.
Your shirt will thank you.
5. Manual Wash Mode 🖐️
For users who prefer full control over the operating system:
Fill a basin with cool water, add a small amount of mild detergent, and gently wash by hand.
It's the gentlest way to keep your garment running smoothly.
Quick System Check
✓ Wash inside out
✓ Use cold water
✓ Avoid high heat
✓ Air dry when possible
✓ Wear frequently
Because great graphics deserve a long uptime.
Stay Functional.
Avoid Critical Errors.
